A little drink on the way home.

Meguro is now home to a new place to enjoy crafted nihonshu. The owner, Naoki Fujita, honed his craft working at restaurants such as Utsura Utsura and Atelier Fujita and has used the experience to hand-pick over one-hundred sakes from small breweries around the country to stock his restaurant. He pairs nihonshu with hors d’ouvres that center around organic vegetables with complimentary flavors such as kojizuke vegetables and bell pepper stuffed with tuna. To finish the pairing experience, he serves a Miyazaki specialty, cold bukkake rice made from reduced miso, rice wine, Japanese ginger, wasabi, and dried mackerel.
