Paris restaurant Sanukiya is winning diners over thanks to the simplicity of its delicious udon soups.
This must-visit restaurant is located on Rue d’Argenteuil in Paris’s 1st arrondissement. Sanukiya offers a particularly rich menu, with a collection of udon soups. These tender, relatively thick noodles are made from wheat flour (imported directly from Japan) and are all made on the premises. Every dish adheres to a strict ritual because gastronomy is an art, and this is something Sanukiya knows only too well.
Served hot or cold, this typical dish can be accompanied with tempura, vegetable pancakes, beef, seaweed, eggs or prawns… At Sanukiya, diners can expect authenticity and generous portions if they order this true classic of Japanese gastronomy.
