For delicious meat, make your way to nomad dalla libera.

Carnivores can revel in a robust lineup of entrées, but nomad dalla libera has also set the bar high with their appetizers, including white chicken liver pâté, and their traditional terrine coppa di maiale, stewed in aromatic vegetables with pork. Also, enjoy fish dishes including their Sajima in Yokosuka and vegetables from Kamamura, which contribute to a menu that delivers in variety, taste, and display. A roasted duck with crisp skin cooked with a rosé center and served with a sugo de carne sauce that’s made from duck broth offers a soft texture and rich flavors. Course menus are limited to two dishes until eight o’clock, but customers can order à la carte and enjoy their wine bar.

© Mai Hokari The meat dishes offered are made using two methods: Grilled and stewed. The grilled duck and stew was served with a wild asparagus sauté, which was nice with a full-bodied red wine.
© Mai Hokari Kamakura steamed tomatoes and Sajima mackerel escabeche are part of their antipasto lineup that includes dishes delicately crafted with carefully selected ingredients. Enjoy a variety of light dishes.
© Mai Hokari Tajarin is a traditional hand-made pasta from the Piemonte region of Italy. The pasta is kneaded only with egg yolk. The pasta deliciously dances with the creamy sauce made of Porcini mushrooms stewed with rabbit.
© Mai Hokari The use of pop colors and indirect casual lighting creates an unassuming and comfortable setting. In addition to table and counter seating, there’s a small room that seats four.
