The elegant appearance of the chocolate resting on the very top has a dreamy quality to it, but once you experience the powerful flavor of that first bite of chocolate cream and ice cream, you’ll be wide awake. The pleasant flavor of the bittersweet cacao of their highly praised chocolate is what defines Wako.

While absorbed in the parfait, if your teeth get too cold, just move on to the middle layer. The thin chocolate disk on top acts as a partition to preserve the texture of the crispy crust coated in white chocolate and the caramelized nuts. Finally, banana ice cream and chocolate cream are skillfully and harmoniously pureed together to make delicious gold. The flowers, cream, and ice cream each use a different type of chocolate cacao. Its Wako’s beautiful yet unseen effort that creates these definite flavors.
