Who doesn’t love Ramen? But, ramen noodles have never really been considered the healthiest choice in cuisine. However, CITYSHOP NOODLE offers its customers five types of noodles, and the company targets the most common concerns modern society has with its victuals, providing low-calorie and gluten-free options to patrons. Starting with kale noodles, CITYSHOP NOODLE has collaborated with the Kamakura-based noodle maker, Hoeido, to develop original noodles such as dried tofu and gluten-free konjac to fatten their menu without fattening their customers. The menu boasts gustatory delights including Duqqa soy sauce, a herb-saturated taste from the Middle East, as well as herb salts, sauces that use anti-aging oils, and sunny-side up eggs. A wide variety of flavors come together to bring a unique taste to the noodles, surprising many customers with a truly delish noodle experience. Indeed, the smart noodle.
