Veggies and Vegetables on the Menu

Veggies and Vegetables on the Menu

Star chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has opened his newest restaurant in New York after announcing the plan in 2013. Multiple delays affected the opening, but the world can now enjoy an all vegan and vegetarian menu that delivers the French cuisine of Vongerichten. His complex creations of carefully selected ingredients that retain their original flavors are brilliant to the palate and equally as pleasant on the eye. The popular ABC Carpet and Home shop decorated the interior and also houses the restaurant. From breakfast hours to evening drinks, abcV is a delightful experience.
